1Who we are
This website (“the Site”) and the digital product The Amish Home Savings Manual (“the Manual”) are published by Elam Yoder Secrets (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using the Manual you agree to these Terms.
2What you are buying
The Manual is a downloadable, illustrated digital ebook (PDF). Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license to read and print the Manual for your own household use, plus all future revisions of the same edition at no extra charge. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the file.
3Pricing & payment
- The launch price is $47 (regular price $77), charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring billing.
- Payment is processed securely by our checkout providers — PayPal or Dodo Payments (merchant of record for card checkout), depending on the button you choose. We do not store your card details.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
4Delivery
Access is delivered instantly — a download link is emailed to the address you provide at checkout, normally within 60 seconds of payment. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder and then contact us.
5Refund policy
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your purchase for any reason. To request a refund, reply to your receipt email or contact us at the address below. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually the same day. After 7 days, all sales are final.
6Educational content & disclaimer
The Manual is educational content only. The savings figures (“$4,000–$6,000 a year”) are illustrative estimates based on typical U.S. household utility and upkeep averages; results vary by household, climate, home size, energy prices, and how many of the systems you actually apply. Nothing in the Manual is professional engineering, plumbing, electrical, structural, financial, or legal advice.
Before applying any system that involves combustion, plumbing, electrical wiring, structural work, or chemicals, verify your local building codes and regulations, and hire a licensed professional where required. You are responsible for your own safety and compliance. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the Manual.
7Intellectual property
All text, illustrations, diagrams, the cover, the persona “Elam Yoder”, and the brand “Elam Yoder Secrets” are our property and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Unauthorized copying or redistribution is prohibited.
8Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Manual is limited to the amount you paid for it. The Manual is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its “last updated” date.
